The idea

Create very simple website with large and emphasized input, right in the middle of the page, where a web address can be typed-in. After hitting Enter key user will be redirected to the desired address. To create persistent "redirectable" URL use ?url= get parameter, like: goto.veliov.com/en?url=uniq.site.

Design implemented in two main colors black and white, so it will meet "picture"-requirements for all screencasts, videos and presentations.
